There was a band in around 2000 that had 3 members a female and 2 males (or one male).They all could play various instruments; violin,guitar,piano,fiddle.They had a haunting quality and were on CMT.The female had long brunette hair.The music video I can remember was by the sea with cliffs and beautiful scenes. It was a darker, blue-tinted video.Someone please tell me the name of the band.

There was Bailey and The Boys.
Bailey had hair like that and I think there were only two guys.
They could play various instruments.

I believe they were newer than Bailey and The Boys.
